Optrafair is over for another year and Infocus Opticians Insurance were delighted to exhibit at this year’s event at the Birmingham NEC.

Optrafair is one of the biggest optical exhibitions in the UK, and the show was a great opportunity for us to get some one-on-one time with our customers and mingle with others in the industry.

This year’s show concluded on Monday (April 20), with visitors and exhibitors enthused by three days of displays, demonstrations, talks and presentations.

Optrafair director Malcolm Polley told Optician Online how significant the event is for those working in the optical industry. He said;

‘Optrafair is the show people who are serious about doing business attend. Our visitors are the decision makers and buyers. It is also the place for industry professionals to see the latest fashion trends first hand, share best practice, hear the latest research, debate topical issues and earn those all- important CET points.

‘The show is a great way for anyone involved in the optical industry to get inspiration each year and find the means to enhance their business.’
